Please be aware of the full return policy stated below before starting a return.
If you're wanting to return your purchase please send it back to our company within 30 days after the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When sending back a return please ensure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can make sure your credit is distributed correctly. A Luxe E-Gift Card will be issued once the item is received and reviewed. E-Gift Cards never expire!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items being returned must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Customer is responsible for reporting defective items within 2 days of receipt. If it is not reported then Luxe will not issue a credit. If wrong item is received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To complete your return, we require the order number given at the time of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an e-gift card will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Allow up to 3-5 business days after item is received and reviewed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (Items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98, as these items are "Final Sale")
Exchanges (if applicable)

Luxe by Dej reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an excessive returns history involving laundered, worn, altered, damaged or missing items. We also reserve the right to define and limit, and refuse and/or reject returns if we suspect potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Luxe by Dej reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to behavior as noted above.
Final Sale Items
Items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98 are "Final Sale" items and cannot be returned for store credit. Additional items such as bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable!!
E-Gift Cards for returned items will be processed once returned item is received and inspected. Allow up to 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received back to the company. E-Gift Cards cover the original purchase price and tax if applicable. We DO NOT credit original shipping charges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-Gift Card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an e-Gift Card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an merchandise over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
